Krasha Sets Sights on Expanding India's Private Markets with New Fund Launch

In a strategic move to broaden its footprint in India's asset management sphere, Krasha, a private market investment and advisory entity, is gearing up to file for the registration of its inaugural Category-II Alternative Investment Fund by the second quarter of the financial year 2026-27.
The envisioned fund, named Prism Strategy, targets a substantial corpus between $60 million and $70 million. It will be structured to navigate through private credit, equity, real assets, and select opportunistic transactions, capitalizing on the burgeoning interest in private markets in India.
In a statement, Avdesh Singh, Krasha's Chief Financial Officer, emphasized the firm's commitment to a versatile investment strategy while maintaining rigorous underwriting standards. The Prism Strategy fund is poised to provide Krasha an institutional framework for its varied private market investments.
