Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts announced on Thursday that it has secured $7 million in its inaugural funding round, backed by Ionware Inc, a Singaporean investment holding firm.
The newly acquired funds are earmarked for international expansion, enhancing experiential offerings, and boosting the brand's global reach.
The company is actively acquiring hospitality assets such as La Barbarie Island in Guernsey and The Vincent Hotel in Southport, with the transition of ownership already in progress. Managing Director Richa Adhia emphasized that the investment will enable the firm to strategically scale its operations and enrich its portfolio.
