SAMHI Hotels Partners with Ingka Centres for Landmark Noida Development

SAMHI Hotels' subsidiary, SAMHI Skyline, has struck a leasing agreement for a 162-room hotel, part of Ingka Centres India's extensive Noida project. The hotel, managed under an international brand, exemplifies SAMHI's capital-light, variable lease approach, signaling a significant milestone in their strategic expansion within the National Capital Region.

SAMHI Hotels, through its subsidiary SAMHI Skyline, has entered a pivotal leasing agreement for a 162-room hotel within Ingka Centres India's expansive 2.5 million square feet mixed-use development in Noida.

This project will operate under SAMHI's innovative long-term variable lease model, fostering a strong alignment of interests while maintaining a capital-light business strategy.

The hotel, soon to be managed by a major international brand, marks a significant advancement in SAMHI's strategic expansion across the National Capital Region, as highlighted by Chairman Ashish Jakhanwala.
