Aequs, a key player in aerospace component manufacturing, revealed a substantial loss of Rs 54.1 crore for the quarter ending March. This contrasts with the Rs 9 crore profit logged in the same timeframe last year.

Despite these setbacks, the company saw a significant 47% rise in revenue, reaching Rs 367.1 crore in the final quarter of the 2025-26 financial year. Annual figures mirrored this growth trend, with operational revenue rising to Rs 1,230.4 crore, up from Rs 924.6 crore in the previous year.

Aravind Melligeri, Aequs' Executive Chairman and CEO, highlighted a 33% year-on-year revenue growth and a 43% increase in EBITDA, emphasizing the maturing of their programs as a core factor in their financial strategy.

Nonetheless, market reactions were tepid, with Aequs shares declining by 2.13% to close at Rs 211.60 each on the BSE.
