Queen Mary School noted diminishing attendance as parents hesitated to send children to school. Meanwhile, ITL International School enhanced security measures, informing students of safety protocols during morning assemblies.

Despite nationwide alerts and the heightened security status following shelling in Jammu, the Directorate of Education stated no official order to close Delhi schools was issued. Government employees remain on standby as tensions escalate.
