The incident quickly drew attention after video footage went viral, prompting the district administration to take immediate action.
According to officials, the incident took place at the Government High School in Bhatigwan, where students were seen sitting on the floor and eating halwa-puri off torn notebook pages. Public Relations Officer for Satna and Maihar, Rajesh Singh, announced that strict actions have been initiated following an investigation report by District Project Coordinator Vishnu Tripathi.
