According to eyewitness accounts, a sub-inspector from Manak Chowk police station, alongside other officers, allegedly entered the sanctum sanctorum wearing belts, an action against temple etiquette. This reportedly ignited a heated exchange after the policemen were requested to adhere to temple protocols.
