Abdullah lauded Dr. Razdan's empathetic approach to medicine while apologizing for failing to support Kashmiri Pandits during their 1990 exodus, urging unity to uphold India's strength in diversity. He emphasized that Kashmir's choice to remain with India signified its commitment to unity.
