China, Russia and North Korea plan UN sanctions adjustment

China, Russia and North Korea believe it is necessary to consider adjusting U.N. sanctions against North Korea at an appropriate time, China's foreign ministry said on Wednesday.

It issued the statement with the three parties' positions on its website after they held talks in Moscow on Tuesday.
