Border Security Force (BSF) troops apprehended a Pakistani fisherman on the Indian side of the Sir Creek area in Gujarat on Wednesday evening, an official said.
According to a press release from PRO BSF Gujarat, "On October 4, late in the evening, a BSF patrolling party observed suspicious movement on the Indian side of Sir Creek. Immediately, BSF troops rushed to the spot and apprehended one Pak fisherman with an engine-fitted wooden boat close to Sir Creek."
The apprehended Pak fisherman's identity has been ascertained as Md Khamesa, age 50, resident of Village Shahbandar, District Sujawal, Sindh, Pakistan, the release said. (ANI)
