Epic Energy Partners with Niva Ecotech for Solapur Solar Park
Epic Energy Ltd has signed an agreement with Niva Ecotech to establish a 35 MWp solar park in Solapur, Maharashtra. This initiative marks Epic's first venture and aims to eventually reach a capacity of 140 MWp. Niva Ecotech brings its experience in solar projects to the collaboration.

Epic Energy Ltd announced on Monday that it has entered into a partnership with Niva Ecotech to establish a 35 MWp solar park in Solapur, Maharashtra.
According to Pranav Chhatre, Director of Epic Renewable Projects Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Epic Energy Ltd, this is the company's first major solar park venture, with the goal to expand to a total capacity of 140 MWp within the next two years. The company has already identified several potential sites in Solapur for this project.
Ajay Mundada, Director of Niva Ecotech Pvt Ltd, noted that Solapur is an ideal location for such projects, given their prior experience with multiple solar installations in the area over the past three years. Chief Financial Officer Nikhil Morsawala added that Epic is in advanced negotiations with blue-chip corporations to establish solar energy plants under the Group Captive Open Access system at the proposed park.
