India's Highland Group Makes Waves with Aqua Fair Seafood Line

In a historic move, India's Highland Group launched its exclusive seafood brand Aqua Fair in collaboration with Lulu Group. The launch at the World Food Expo highlights India's growing export capability, particularly in aquaculture, providing premium shrimp to the Middle East and affirming Odisha's prominence in the seafood industry.

On October 5, a significant development unfolded for India's seafood sector as Highland Group, in partnership with Lulu Group, introduced their brand Aqua Fair. This marks a pivotal moment for premium shrimp export to the Middle East.

The launch event, held at the World Food Expo in New Delhi on September 25, was attended by notable figures, including Lulu Group's Chairman, M.A. Yusuff Ali, and Highland Group's Chairman, R.K. Jena.

This initiative not only spotlights India's advancements in sustainable aquaculture but also strengthens Odisha's role as a leading aquaculture hub, emphasizing adherence to international food-safety standards in their offerings.
