LNK Energy Launches: A Bold Move Towards Clean Energy Leadership

On Monday, three Indian entrepreneurs launched LNK Energy, a next-generation clean energy platform, committing an initial investment of Rs 10,000 crore over the next five years. The announcement, made during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026, marks a significant step in India's renewable energy sector.
LNK Energy will commence operations with a state-of-the-art 6 GW solar cell and module manufacturing plant in Maharashtra, featuring integrated ingot and wafer facilities. The extensive project is spread over 60 acres in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, emphasizing the manufacturing of high-efficiency solar components.
The initiative, led by entrepreneurs Paritosh Ladhani, Kushagra Nandan, and Varun Karad, aims to enhance India's clean-energy ecosystem. LNK Energy plans to expand into green fuels and renewable energy generation, focusing on green hydrogen to achieve decarbonization goals and provide sustainable energy solutions.
