Kremlin says Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil sites worsen global shortages, RIA reports

The Kremlin said on Tuesday that Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil depots were further increasing oil shortages on global markets and provoking additional destabilisation, Russian state-run RIA news agency reported. A Ukrainian drone attack caused a major fire at a Russian oil refinery in the city of Tuapse on Tuesday, officials said, in the third attack on the Black Sea port in less than two weeks.
Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the emergencies minister to fly to Tuapse and take charge of firefighting efforts there, TASS reported.
