HeidelbergCement India Q4 profit falls over 10 pc to Rs 45.21cr; FY26 revenue grows 7.6 pc

The company had reported a net profit of Rs 50.45 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from HeidelbergCement India.
Its revenue from operations was up 5.5 per cent to Rs 646.22 crore in the March quarter of FY26. It was at Rs 612.46 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
''This increase was primarily due to a 7.8 per cent increase in sales volume and was partially offset by a decrease in prices by 2 per cent,'' the company said in its earnings statement.
However, its EBITDA per tonne decreased by 10 per cent to Rs 649 in the March quarter.
Total expenses of HeidelbergCement India in the March quarter were at Rs 586.77 crore, up 5.9 per cent year-on-year.
HeidelbergCement India's sales volume went up 7.8 per cent to Rs 1,354 kilo tonnes in Q4/FY26.
Total income, which includes other income, stood at Rs 653.45 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26, up 4.7 per cent.
For the entire FY26, HeidelbergCement India's net profit was up 25.5 per cent to Rs 133.97 crore, while revenue increased 7.6 per cent to Rs 2,361.27 crore.
HeidelbergCement India is a subsidiary of Heidelberg Materials, a German multinational building materials company.
In a separate filing, HeidelbergCement India said that its board, in a meeting held on Monday, recommended a dividend of 70 per cent, which is Rs 7 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
Shares of HeidelbergCement India Ltd on Monday settled at Rs 162.05 apiece on the BSE, up 1.98 per cent from the previous close.
