Rajasthan Minister Gautam Dak is facing a legal dispute after being accused of using abusive language and threatening police officers at the Dungla police station in the Chittorgarh district, according to local police reports. Authorities have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against him under Sections 132, 351(2), and 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

The complaint was filed by Dungla Police Station Station House Officer (SHO) Shaitan Singh following the emergence of an audio recording on social media that allegedly features the minister's derogatory remarks. The clip has gained significant attention, prompting Dak to release a video statement categorically denying the allegations, calling the recording a 'deliberate attempt' to tarnish his image.

The FIR details an incident that occurred on a Monday, where SHO Shaitan Singh reportedly received a phone call from Minister Dak, urging him to come outside the station. Once outside, SHO Singh claims to have been asked to summon Constables Laxminarayan and Vishnu Kumar. Allegations in the FIR suggest that Dak resorted to offensive language upon their arrival and threatened the officers, boasting about influencing past transfers as a form of intimidation. This confrontation is allegedly linked to an ongoing investigation involving an individual identified as Dhanraj Kharol, who was summoned for questioning in another case.
