Kumudlata Rai, a staff nurse at Rasra Community Health Centre in Ballia district, is facing legal repercussions after allegedly using forged documents to secure her position. The allegations include discrepancies in birth dates used across various exams over different years.
Dr. Manish Jaiswal filed a complaint leading to an FIR against Rai, revealing the possibility of fraudulent activity in her job acquisition process. Rai, a Mau district resident, has been employed at the health center for nearly a decade.
Following confirmation of the allegations through a departmental inquiry, Rai was suspended. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sanjeev Verman stated that actions are being taken as directed by the Director General of Medical and Health Services.
