Israel's Remote Work Trends and Price Expectations: A Comprehensive Update

Tel Aviv [Israel], July 11 (ANI/TPS): The Central Bureau of Statistics in Israel released recent data on the prevalence of remote work and expectations for price changes across various sectors for June 2024. The survey shows a recovery rate of approximately 87 per cent for this period.
The survey, sampling around 58,000 businesses, reveals that about 33 per cent now offer structured remote work. Notably, in 'non-elite' industries, around 15 per cent provide some form of work-from-home option.
Larger businesses, especially those employing over 250 people, are more likely to offer remote work, with 39 per cent allowing it to some degree. Impressively, 81 per cent of high-tech service industries offer remote work options, and 59 per cent of these businesses allow for more than two remote working days per week. In contrast, only about 35 per cent of non-high-tech service industries offer remote work possibilities.
