Rubio tells S.Korean counterpart their countries need to remain in close coordination

​U.S. Secretary ​of ‌State Marco ​Rubio noted the need ‌for the United States and South Korea to remain ‌in close coordination on ‌matters integral to their alliance in a call with ⁠his ​counterpart ⁠on Monday, the State ⁠Department said.

Rubio and South ​Korean Foreign Minister Cho ⁠Hyun discussed a range of ⁠issues ​in the alliance, State Department spokesperson Tommy ⁠Pigott added in a ⁠statement.
