US House has enough votes to pass stopgap funds to prevent shutdowns on Oct. 1

​The ‌U.S. House ​of Representatives ‌has enough votes to approve legislation ‌to keep federal ‌agencies operating beyond October ⁠1 ​when ⁠existing funds are due ⁠expire with the ​start of the ⁠new fiscal ⁠year.

Tuesday's ​vote to approve the ⁠funding bill continues.
