BofA expects Bank of England to hike rates twice, reverses previous no-hike call

Bank ‌of America Global Research ‌expects the Bank of England to ‌raise rates ‌in November 2026 and ⁠February 2027, ⁠it said on ⁠Wednesday, abandoning its previous no-hike view ⁠as rising ⁠energy costs threaten to ⁠keep inflation elevated.
