Tehran reviewing US response to its proposal, senior Iranian official says

Tehran ‌is reviewing the ​US response to ‌its proposal to end hostilities, but many differences ‌remain between the Iranian ‌and US positions as diplomacy continues, a senior ⁠Iranian ​official ⁠told Reuters on Wednesday.

A reopening ⁠of the Strait of ​Hormuz and lifting of ⁠the US naval blockade ⁠on ​Iran were discussed during indirect ⁠talks with the US on ⁠Tuesday, ⁠the official said.
