Ukrainian government sets out regulations for tackling aftermath of Russian attacks

‌Ukraine's government on Tuesday set out regulations for ‌tackling problems caused by Russian attacks in key sectors.

The government issued ‌two orders in quick succession ‌saying specific officials would be responsible for coordinating efforts to tackle the aftermath of Russian strikes. "Specific ministers are now responsible for addressing the consequences in the energy, heating and water supply sectors," the latest government order said. "Their joint efforts will be coordinated by a joint task force."

It called the announcement an "organisational decision" and dismissed any notion that emergency regulations had been introduced.
