Finland takes public government websites offline as precaution over PHP concern

Finland's ‌state IT centre Valtori shut down ‌the government's public web services on Wednesday as "a ‌precautionary measure" after ‌two critical vulnerabilities were found in the widely used PHP software, it said in a statement.

Valtori said it had not identified any attempts to exploit the flaws and that the outage was not the result of a data breach.
