AFDB lends Morocco $487 million in support of reforms, climate resilience

​The ‌African Development ​Bank (AFDB) said ‌on Thursday it approved a $487 million loan ‌package in support of ‌Morocco's economic reforms and climate resilience.

The ⁠funding ​also ⁠aims to strengthen ⁠resilience to external economic ​and energy-related shocks and ⁠promote the role ⁠of ​the private sector in investments, ⁠the bank said ⁠in a ⁠statement.
