Romanian president says latest Black Sea shipping incident is part of Russian escalation

​The ‌latest incident involving ​a ship ‌in the Black Sea is part of ‌Russian escalation there, Romanian ‌President Nicusor Dan said on ⁠Friday.

The ​Romanian ⁠Naval Authority said on ⁠Friday it was conducting ​a search and ⁠rescue mission to ⁠save ​the crew of a cargo ⁠ship on the Black ⁠Sea, ⁠close to its territorial ‌waters.
