Kremlin says Ukrainian refinery attacks do not affect upcoming peace talks
The current Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries do not jeopardise the planned trilateral negotiations on peace in Ukraine, Russia's agency Interfax cites Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying.
Ukraine resumed strikes on Russian oil refineries after a pause with the overnight attack on facilities in Samara region, Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said earlier on Friday.
