Mexico's Televisa in talks to combine some content with Univision - statement

Mexican broadcaster Grupo Televisa is progressing discussions regarding the "possibility of a combination of certain content assets" with Univision, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
A transaction was not guaranteed to be finalized, Televisa added.
