Nigerian National Among Three Arrested in Hyderabad Drug Bust

Three individuals, including a Nigerian national, have been arrested in Hyderabad for allegedly peddling drugs. Police seized 256 grams of multiple narcotics during the operation.
The Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (HNEW), in collaboration with Banjara Hills Police, conducted the operation based on credible information. The items seized include 256 grams of drugs, a car, Rs 2,260 in cash, and five mobile phones, amounting to Rs 1.10 crore, according to a release from Hyderabad Police.
The Nigerian national, a drug supplier, and two individuals from Bhopal have been booked under relevant sections of the NDPS Act. The release stated that all offenders are drug addicts engaged in selling various drugs to peddlers, sub-peddlers, and consumers for cash to avoid police apprehension. Narcotics such as cocaine, MDMA, ecstasy pills, LSD blots, and charas were recovered from the trio.
