The acting governor of Dnipropetrovsk region, Vladyslav Haivanenko, reported that 11 individuals were seriously injured in the attack, and confirmed the completion of rescue operations. Ukrainian emergency services detailed significant damage to local businesses, including car repair facilities, an office building, and numerous vehicles.
Witnesses like Vitalii Kovalenko, who experienced the attack firsthand at his car repair shop, recounted the chaos that ensued. Photos circulated online showing firefighters and emergency services in action as they evacuated the wounded. The industrial city has been no stranger to such attacks, as Russian aggression continues to take a toll on civilian life and infrastructure. Russia offered no immediate response.
