On Wednesday, the three parties revealed plans to finalize a memorandum of understanding on these critical resources.
The agreement is set to be concluded swiftly, within a 30-day timeframe, and seeks to establish broader trade collaborations that may include border-adjusted pricing and subsidies to narrow price gaps.
