Paswan's Plea: Justice and Alternatives Amid Bihar's Bulldozer Action

Union minister Chirag Paswan has called on the Samrat Choudhary government in Bihar to provide alternative housing for the poor affected by anti-encroachment operations. Paswan, who is an MP from Hajipur, emphasized the need to prevent injustice against those with lawful land ownership.

Speaking to journalists, Paswan expressed hope that people with rightful land claims would not face undue hardship. He voiced concerns over the so-called 'bulldozer action', which has gained momentum since the state's new BJP-led administration took office.

Opposition parties, including the RJD and CPI(ML) Liberation, have criticized Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary for allegedly mimicking Uttar Pradesh's 'bulldozer raj'. Choudhary defends the actions as necessary for a prosperous Bihar, citing his own experiences with the demolitions.
