US welcomes Turkey's approval of Sweden's NATO membership bid -White House

The United States welcomed Turkey's approval of Sweden’s bid to to join NATO, White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said in a post on X.com.

"Sweden is a strong, capable defense partner whose membership in NATO will make the U.S. and the Alliance safer and stronger," Sullivan said.
