Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba supports NATO's idea of a long-term support mechanism for his country but believes it has "zero chances" under the current financing model, Ukraine's European Pravda media outlet reported.

"In other words, in the current funding model, this initiative has zero chances. Because they can't collect 500 million, and so they will have to collect 20 billion in the current model," Kuleba was quoted as saying.

He added that if a formula for obligatory contributions from each member was found, the idea had a chance of being implemented, the report said.
