Kremlin says Putin will soon talk to the governors of flooded regions

Russia President Vladimir Putin will soon have a video call with the emergency minister and the governors of the flooded regions, the Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.

He said that Putin is spending a significant part of his working day dealing with the floods.
