Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday declared that BJP workers will begin visiting families impacted by political violence during the Left Front and Congress administrations. This initiative aims to collect first-hand accounts of the atrocities faced and ensure justice for the victims.
Speaking at a party event, Saha accused the Left parties of providing 'bad governance' during their 35 years of rule. 'We are compiling reports of killings and rapes from that regime,' he said, stressing the BJP's commitment to delivering justice without leniency towards crime.
Saha also condemned opposition parties for engaging in 'negative politics' and spreading false statements to mislead the public. He highlighted that the BJP's membership has surpassed six lakh and the party remains focused on serving the people with its inclusive growth slogan 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.'
