Mamata Banerjee addressing the United India Rally said, "We opposition parties promise to work together; who will be the prime minister can be decided after the Lok Sabha elections.", There is courtesy in politics, but BJP does not follow it and those who are not with BJP are called thieves.

She also claimed that "Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj and Nitin Gadkari ignored in BJP; if it wins the LS polls, they will be ignored again"

Lakhs of Trinamool Congress activists and supporters from across West Bengal thronged the city today for Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's high-voltage 'United India Rally' that is likely to be a show of opposition strength ahead of the Lok Sabha polls.

The ruling TMC leadership has left no stone unturned to break all previous records. According to party leadership, nearly four to five lakh people have arrived in the city by Friday via road, railways and waterways to hear and watch the opposition gain steam at the rally.

The Key opposition leaders including SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav, DMK president MK Stalin, former prime minister Deve Gowda, and TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu met West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee ahead of the TMC-led mega rally on Saturday.

The TMC Chief Mamta Banerjee welcomed the leaders' participation in the 'United India Rally.'

"Only a few hours to go for the historic 'United India Rally' at Brigade Parade Grounds. I welcome all national leaders, supporters and lakhs of people to participate in today's rally to pledge to build a stronger, progressive and united India." she tweeted.
