Rajasthan has swiftly advanced in updating its electoral rolls, with officials reporting a remarkable 88% completion in voter mapping and 94% in digitisation. This comes as part of the Election Commission's special intensive revision.

The introduction of a 'Search by Elector Details' feature on the Commission's portal has significantly expedited the process, allowing voters to verify their entries more efficiently. Chief Electoral Officer Naveen Mahajan highlighted a surge in mapping rates from 70% to 88% within just 11 days, reducing the administrative burden for voters.

Barmer district stands out, leading the state in digitisation efforts. With over 18,000 polling booths achieving full fieldwork completion, voters are reminded to submit forms by December 4 to be included in the draft rolls set for release on December 9.
