In a decisive move just after assuming new responsibilities, BJP national president Nitin Nabin led his inaugural strategy session with party officials on Wednesday, setting plans for forthcoming assembly elections in five states, including West Bengal.
The meeting placed emphasis on reinforcing grassroots infrastructure and bolstering the party's communication efforts against Congress's critique of the VB-G Ram G Bill. This bill has replaced the UPA's MGNREGA in delivering rural employment, sources revealed.
Nabin's discussions extended to tactical shifts in campaigning, with input from former president J P Nadda and other senior leaders, signifying a unified front ahead of the electoral contests.
