In a recent interview, U.S. President Donald Trump highlighted his diplomatic efforts to end the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. He mentioned productive conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, focusing on settling the protracted war.

During an appearance on Fox News' "The Sunday Briefing," Trump refrained from disclosing the exact timing of his recent communications with either leader but emphasized the positive nature of the discussions. He acknowledged the deep-seated animosity between Putin and Zelenskiy and described it as an obstacle to peace.
