Deadly Landslides in Uttarakhand: Four Nepali Labourers Lost, Highways Blocked
A landslide in Uttarakhand, triggered by heavy rain, killed four Nepali labourers and blocked key national highways. Flooding affected multiple regions, damaging homes and crops. Rescue operations are underway, and severe waterlogging has been reported in Dehradun.

In a tragic incident, four labourers from Nepal lost their lives early Friday in Rudraprayag district due to a landslide triggered by heavy overnight rain. The landslide obstructed key national highways to Badrinath, Kedarnath, and Yamunotri.
Meanwhile, a man named Rahul was swept away in the Ganga in Haridwar district while bathing. Search operations, led by the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and Jal Police, are ongoing.
Heavy rain has also resulted in severe waterlogging in various parts of Dehradun and caused extensive damage to homes and crops in the region.
