A Pune-based startup incubated by Marathwada Mitra Mandal's MakeitHappen Center for Invention, Innovation, and Incubation (FMCIII) has successfully secured a $2.5 million investment from Filtrum LLP, enhancing its capability to provide smart meters under the Smart Meter National Program (SMNP), as announced by Bhausaheb Jadhav, Executive President of Marathwada Mitra Mandal, Pune, at a press conference.

The press conference was held at FMCIII's College of Engineering, Karvenagar Campus, with notable attendees, including MM Secretary Kishor Mungale, Principal Dr. Vijay Gohokar, FMCIII CEO Dr. Chandrashekhar Talathi, Startup Founder Vyankatesh Shete, and other incubated startups.

Dr. Talathi emphasized that FMCIII, established in collaboration with Tata Technologies Limited and the Science and Technology Park at Savitribai Phule Pune University, provides vital infrastructure for startups. It offers various laboratories, offices, and equipment such as 3D printers and CNC machines, and facilitates mentoring and industry connections.
