Nexdigm is entering a new phase of growth with the appointment of Ramesh Bangera as Chairperson of the Group. This leadership transition follows the retirement of Guljit Singh, under whose tenure Nexdigm expanded globally and advanced its digital transformation efforts.
Bangera, associated with Nexdigm for over three decades, brings 35 years of experience to the leadership role. He aims to leverage the company's solid foundation and trusted partnerships to chart a forward-looking path focused on innovation and integrated services.
Joining Bangera in this leadership shift are newly appointed Co-CEOs Nimish Shah and Mayank Lakhani. Both seasoned professionals, Shah and Lakhani will help guide the Managing Committee in setting the strategic direction for Nexdigm’s global growth and multidisciplinary initiatives.
