Infinx has announced the inauguration of its latest AI-driven delivery centre in Madurai, a move seen as a pivotal chapter in the company's expansion. A top official of Infinx revealed that the facility is poised to generate approximately 700 jobs within the next five years.

This strategic step aligns with the company's goal to optimize revenue cycle processes for its US-based healthcare clientele. Utilizing state-of-the-art AI and automation technologies, the centre aims to streamline these operations, enhancing Infinx's position as an industry innovator. The company is backed by Norwest Venture Partners and KKR.

Sudeep Tandon, Infinx's managing director, emphasized the collaborative efforts with local educational institutions to train potential candidates, highlighting the region's robust educational framework and government support as key factors in selecting Madurai for this venture.
