Wipro has announced a revised timeline for completing its acquisition of Applied Value Technologies Pte Ltd. The transaction, initially anticipated to close by December 31, 2024, is now expected to conclude by January 31, 2025.

This extension comes after Wipro already finalized the acquisitions of Applied Value Technologies, Inc. and Applied Value Technologies B.V. by December 16, 2024.

Wipro provided this update in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), outlining its progress in expanding its technological reach through strategic acquisitions.
