The initiative involves integrating FedEx Dataworks' logistics intelligence directly into the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay platform, ensuring resilient value chains. The extensive global network of FedEx generates more than two petabytes of data daily, according to Raj Subramaniam, CEO of FedEx Corporation. Together, the companies aim to improve customer workflows and enhance supply chain efficiency. Additionally, ServiceNow launched new data features designed to overcome data fragmentation, boosting enterprise intelligence and agentic AI workflows.
