Tata Power Solar installs rooftop project at CCI Mumbai stadium

Tata Power Solar today said it has commissioned 820.8kWp solar rooftop project at Cricket Club of India, Mumbai.
The project will help to generate over 1.12 million electricity per year which will lead to 25 percent of savings in the power consumption cost for the Cricket Club of India (CCI), the company said in a statement.
The project was inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Tata Power Solar has installed the world's largest rooftop in a cricket stadium at CCI Mumbai, in a record period of 100 days, Ashish Khanna, President, Tata Power (Renewables), said.
Force Motors launches a single-shell bus model
* Pune-based Force Motors today said it has launched single-shell or monocoque bus model, Traveller MONOBUS.
The Traveller-MONOBUS would be available in two options, 33-seater or 41-seater, in standard and school bus variants at Force dealerships across the country during the upcoming festive season.
"The Traveller-MONOBUS is a fully in-house effort of our R&D team...The monocoque construction is possible due to the extensive use of large pressed panels – which are fully designed, tooled and produced in-house. Force Motors has applied for a number of patents on this product and process technology," Force Motors Managing Director Prasan Firodia said.
Grow sees a rise in new investors in direct mutual fund plans
* Adding over 15,000 new SIPs (Systematic Investment Plan) a month, online investing platform Grow saw 50 percent month-on-month growth in new investors since it started offering direct mutual fund plans in April.
In the last three months, Grow acquired more than 2 lakh users, who are using Groww platform for taking their financial decisions, the company said in a statement.
Founded by former Flipkart employees, Grow offers all mutual funds from 34 leading fund houses.
Xelpmoc Design and Tech files draft papers with Sebi for IPO
* Xelpmoc Design and Tech, a Bengaluru-based technical consulting services provider, has filed the draft papers with Sebi to raise Rs 23 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).
The funds from the issue will be utilized towards the purchase of IT hardware and network equipment for development centers in Kolkata and Hyderabad and general corporate purposes, the company said in a statement.
ITI Capital Ltd (formerly known as Inga Capital Ltd) will manage the initial issue.
