Russia condemns British plan to send depleted uranium ammo to Ukraine
Russia's foreign ministry on Tuesday condemned a British plan to send ammunition that contains depleted uranium for use in Ukraine.
Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called the plan - announced by a British government official on Monday in an answer to a parliamentary question - the "Yugoslavia scenario", saying the ammunition caused cancer and infected the environment.
