Tata Motors Showcases Impressive Sales Growth in May

In May, Tata Motors reported a 2% rise in total wholesales, reaching 76,766 units compared to 74,973 units last year. Domestic sales stood at 75,173 units, also marking a 2% growth. Passenger and commercial vehicle sales both saw a 2% increase year-over-year.

Tata Motors witnessed a 2% increase in total wholesales for May, climbing to 76,766 units up from 74,973 units during the same period last year, the company announced on Saturday.

Domestic sales followed suit, rising to 75,173 units, a 2% improvement from the previous year's 73,448 units, according to a regulatory filing.

The company's passenger vehicles, including electric models, saw a 2% uptick to 47,075 units, compared to 45,984 units last May. Total commercial vehicle sales also grew by 2%, reaching 29,691 units as opposed to 28,989 units in 2023.
