Infosys CEO Salil Parekh's annual remuneration saw an impressive 17 per cent increase, reaching Rs 66.24 crore for FY24. This hike cements his position among the highest-paid tech CEOs in the industry.

Parekh's previous year's remuneration was Rs 56.4 crore. According to Infosys' latest annual report, his FY24 salary comprised Rs 39.03 crore from exercising 2,58,636 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the 2015 Plan and 32,447 RSUs under the 2019 Plan.

In addition to these, Parekh's remuneration included a fixed base salary, retiral benefits, bonus incentives, and variable pay. The base salary stood at Rs 7 crore, retiral benefits at Rs 0.47 crore, and the variable component at Rs 19.75 crore. Infosys Chairman Nandan M. Nilekani, however, chose not to accept any remuneration for his services.
